how long does it take to recieve my custom-made-to-order suit?

​​Dionies Direct is custom-made-to-order suits. Due to the handmade quality of our products, the time to produce is 4-5 weeks to cut, sew, and deliver. Delivery time may vary.

does dionies direct provide expedited shipping?

No. Due to the made-to-order process, expedited shipping is not an option.

how much does shipping cost for a Dionies direct suit?

Shipping is free for all orders over $80 or more.

how will my order be delivered?

UPS will deliver all orders. Upon completion, your custom-made-to-order suit will be shipped and should arrive within five business days, and you will receive a tracking number. If you order multiple items, you will receive separate tracking numbers. 

am I able to return my custom-made-to-order suit?

Considering that all suits are cut, and sewn to the exact measurements of our customers, custom orders are not returnable. However, t-shirts and shorts within the Ultimate Dionies Apparel Package can be returned, please see our Return Policy. ​
