GENERAL RETURN POLICY
If the product will be refunded, returned, or exchanged there will be a charge of Restocking Fee of $20 per item, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.
Products that are bought from physical stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempting the products that are custom-made-to-order suits. Custom-made-to-order suits are products made to fit a specific customers, and can not be returned, or exchanged.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
FREE Returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us, we will be delighted to provide a FREE return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we will process a full refund contingent upon proof of purchase. A 10% re-stocking fee will be added on returns. All items must be in their original packaging. Customers living in the surrounding territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) are not eligible for a return. Returns are only accepted on products purchased from dionies.net. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours of confirmation that the shipping carrier is in possession of your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7 to 10 business days to receive your refund.
REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging
The product wasn't used or damaged
The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you used during the purchase.
Unfortunately, a product that was marked as Bundled when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
